Meta released an open-weight model with 816B total parameters, 42B active, and a reported one-million-token context window.
AI that gets work done.
We build AI agents and automations for small and medium-sized businesses. Not demos. Not six-month “digital transformation” projects. Practical systems that answer customers, chase quotes, organize paperwork, and keep the back office moving — working for you from week one.
Proven first in real operations at Alion Home — our own e-commerce business, our first customer and case study.
Three agents. One working system.
We start with the highest-frequency work in your business and build one agent at a time. Each one ships with human review, clear limits, and measured results.
Answers customers, around the clock
Answers sizing, shipping, returns, and other repeat questions. Low-confidence or high-risk cases go straight to a human — never guessed, never bluffed.
Keeps the back office moving
Watches reviews, drafts replies, and flags negative signals — then routes what needs handling to the right person, with a record of every action.
Drafts on-brand content, fast
Drafts product descriptions, Amazon A+ copy, and content variants to your brand guidelines — with a review step built in before anything publishes.
Done for you, end to end.
You don’t need to assemble tools or learn another platform. We deliver a working system — and we stay responsible for it.
Diagnose
Workflow interview, pain-point ranking, data and risk review. You get a one-page opportunity map and a scoped pilot.
Build
Knowledge cleanup, rules, integrations, and testing. The agent works in a limited setting before it ever touches customers.
Launch
Permissions, human escalation, logs, and owner training. A system that is manageable, reversible, and owned by someone.
Maintain
Monthly tuning, knowledge updates, error review, and reporting. Results that keep improving — with a record to prove it.
Built on craft, not hype.
Start with the job, not the tech
We find the task eating your week, then build the system around it. Technology is the means; a finished job is the product.
Small systems first
One working automation beats ten slide decks about AI strategy. We prove value on one workflow before expanding.
Yours to keep
We build in the open and hand over the keys. No black boxes, no hostage situations. Your system, your data, your rules.
Every agent must answer three questions.
Before anything goes live, it has to be clear: what it can do, when it must hand off to a human, and how to stop it and audit what happened. If it can’t answer, it doesn’t ship.
- What can it do? — a written scope, with limits.
- When does a human take over? — refunds, legal, financial, and complaint-escalation decisions always go to a person.
- How do we stop and audit? — logs, rollback, and a clear owner for every agent.
Built for businesses like yours.
Good fit
E-commerce sellers & brands — support, product content, review monitoring.
Local service businesses — quote triage, pre-booking Q&A, follow-up.
Founders in our network — one painful workflow, designed around it.
You have repeat questions or content work every week, someone who can approve rules quickly, and a willingness to run a 30-day measured pilot.
Not a fit (yet)
Deep custom software or long systems integrations. No clear process owner or usable data. Highly regulated work that can’t have human review. Anyone who just wants a tool login without changing the workflow.
Done-for-you, priced by scope.
A one-time setup covers diagnosis, build, and launch. A monthly plan covers monitoring, tuning, updates, and reporting. Third-party software, messaging, model usage, and special integrations are quoted separately, up front. Founding-customer pilots are available — in exchange for a case study, feedback, and a clear term.
What’s new in AI.
A curated feed of the week’s AI developments that matter to small businesses — updated automatically.
A 2.8-trillion-parameter mixture-of-experts model, focused on training efficiency and Microsoft’s own AI infrastructure. Weights are not yet public.
As businesses deploy more sophisticated agents, lower token prices may not mean lower bills — inference cost per agentic workflow could rise 5x+ through 2028.
A 120B multimodal MoE model with 12B active parameters, plus Bolt checkpoints extending the family to edge devices.
Links to websites and news articles will appear more frequently and higher up in AI-generated search results.
A 4h52m outage on Oct 15 took down API and chat services; DeepSeek is crediting consumption from Oct 8–14.
Questions, answered straight.
Do I need technical staff to use this?
No. Zalel is done-for-you: we diagnose, build, launch, and maintain. You approve the rules and own the system.
What happens when the AI is wrong?
Every agent runs with confidence thresholds and human review. Low-confidence or high-risk cases escalate to a person, and every action is logged so errors can be found, fixed, and rolled back.
Who owns the system and the data?
You do. We build in the open and hand over the keys — documentation, rules, knowledge sources, and procedures included.
How fast can we start?
A pilot is scoped in weeks: we record a two-week baseline of your current workflow, then build and run the first agent against it, with results measured — not vibes.
What do you need from us?
Your FAQs, knowledge docs, past tickets or messages, and one person who can approve rules quickly. The more real material we start from, the better the agent performs.
Named for a craftsman.
Zalel comes from Bezalel — the master craftsman of the Book of Exodus, chosen for his skill and filled with the spirit of craftsmanship. We named our company after him because we see technology the way he saw his work: not as magic, but as craft — done with care, precision, and pride.
In its oldest roots, Zalel is kin to the word for “shade” — shelter, covering, a place of rest. Good technology should feel like shade on a hot day: it covers the tedious work, so you can get back to the work only you can do.
Big companies have AI teams. You have us.
